Commercial renovation costs follow a different pricing structure from residential projects due to the differing business profiles of each client. Typically, a 1000 sq ft commercial can cost between $18k to $42k and above for a full fitting-out project.
It takes a minimum of 3 weeks to complete a commercial space fitting-out in Singapore. The overall time depends on the extensiveness of the fitting and scope of work required.
It really depends on the scope of work. However, most works would require at least a permit to work (PTW) that is issued by the Management or Building Owner.
A retail renovation in Singapore typically includes pre-planning, 3D artist impressions, and other relevant fitting-out works.
